  • It includes a brief discussion about your current needs (symptoms), your therapist’s approach/credentials, and logistical details (schedule, fee, waitlist).

  • No, I will not bill your insurance. However, I can provide a superbill for you to file with your insurance for reimbursement.

  • A superbill is an itemized receipt (invoice) from therapy to file with your insurance.

  • Your very first intake session is $150.00 and each regular 50-minute session is $120.00. Payment is received at the end of the session via credit, debit, check, or cash.

  • This is up to you! I approach therapy from a person-centered philosophy and always encourage my clients to determine what is beneficial to them.

  • Most people are offered weekly or bi-monthly (every other week) options at the onset of the therapy process. You will be offered a specific day and time that will help maintain the regularity of therapeutic care. Talk to your therapist if you have differing needs.

  • Your 60-minute intake session will be a combination of structured documentation time and unstructured personal orientation.

  • You will have the support of your therapist to make this determination at ANY time. Therapy is a welcoming space where healing happens on your time. The signed consent underscores your voluntary participation in therapy.

  • Your therapist will help you find other referrals or resources to meet your needs.
